VSL – Nederlands Metrologisch Instituut (VSL),
is the National Metrology Institute of the Netherlands and has been appointed by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate as an independent and impartial organization to ensure the management and development of the national primary measurement standards. In addition to this unique task, the experts of VSL provide tailor-made knowledge and services worldwide and calibrate measuring instruments on behalf of our customers. Because of this and by participating in or initiating (European) research and development projects, VSL is internationally recognized as an expert center and knowledge institute in the field of metrology.
